Color notes
Flowers open strawberry-red to velvety red with small bright gold centres. As heads age, the red softens and the flowers mature to buff yellow, straw yellow, or creamy yellow. Harvest for fresh bouquets when heads are mature but still strongly coloured; harvest later heads for dried work or warm buff accents.

Yarrow Anthea
Yellow / Filler, Accent / Late spring through summer; often from early to late summer with deadheading and repeat flushes
Anthea is a soft yellow yarrow with flat flower heads that age toward cream. It is most useful as a calm filler and texture stem for summer bouquets, especially when bright gold yarrow feels too strong. Grow it as a perennial clump crop, cut only when the heads are fully mature, and treat it as a useful fresh-and-dried stem rather than a high-gloss florist flower.

Yarrow Appleblossom
Purple / Filler / Late spring through summer; often from early to late summer with deadheading and repeat flushes
‘Appleblossom’ is a soft pink yarrow for growers who want a romantic filler with a flatter, calmer shape than airy fillers such as ammi or feverfew. The flowers open apple-blossom pink and then fade through pale blush into creamy tones, which makes them useful in pastel bouquets but also means they must be cut and sold with care. This is not the strongest long-stem yarrow for wholesale buckets. It earns its place where colour, softness, dried use, and garden-style design matter more than maximum stem length.
