4. Payments and Billing

All payments are handled by Paddle. Paddle acts as our merchant of record and is responsible for payment processing, taxes (VAT/GST), invoices and receipts, and payment security. Your billing information is processed securely by Paddle and is subject to their privacy policies.

We use secure infrastructure to store your data, including Supabase for database and authentication. We take reasonable steps to protect your data, but no system is completely secure.

We do not sell your personal data. We only share data with payment provider Paddle, hosting and infrastructure providers, and tools required to operate the planner.

You may request to delete your account. Active subscriptions must be canceled before deletion. Some records may be retained for legal or accounting purposes.

We may use basic cookies or local storage to keep you logged in, improve performance, and remember preferences. We do not use invasive tracking systems at this stage.

We rely on third-party services to operate, including Paddle for payments and Supabase for backend and authentication. These providers have their own privacy policies.
