1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Flower Farm Planner (“the Service”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, you must not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

Flower Farm Planner is a software platform designed to help users plan flower farm production, estimate yields, manage crop decisions, and support business planning. The Service is provided as-is and may evolve over time.

3. Accounts

To use the Service, you must:

• Provide accurate information
• Maintain the security of your account
• Be responsible for all activity under your account
• Not share your login credentials
• Not impersonate another user
• Not use the Service for unlawful purposes

4. Free Trial

We offer a 7-day free trial. During the trial, you have access to core features and no payment is required. After the trial, access to paid features is restricted unless you upgrade. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue the trial at any time.

5. Paid Subscription (Grower Plan)

After the trial, you may subscribe to the Grower plan for $15 per month. Subscriptions are billed on a recurring basis. By subscribing, you agree to pay the monthly subscription fee and allow automatic recurring billing.

6. Payments

Payments are processed by Paddle. Paddle acts as the merchant of record and is responsible for payment processing, taxes including VAT/GST, and invoicing. We do not store your payment details.

7. Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account billing settings. If you cancel, your subscription remains active until the end of the current billing period, you retain access until that date, and no further charges will occur.

8. Refunds

Refunds are handled by Paddle. We do not guarantee refunds but may review requests on a case-by-case basis. For assistance, contact support@flowerfarmplanner.com.

9. User Data

You retain ownership of your data. By using the Service, you grant us permission to store and process your data and use aggregated, non-identifiable data to improve the Service. We do not sell your personal data.

10. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for illegal activities
• Interfere with system operation
• Attempt to access other users’ data
• Reverse engineer or copy the platform

11. Availability

We aim to provide reliable access but do not guarantee uninterrupted service or error-free operation. We may modify features, perform maintenance, and update the platform.

12. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages, we are not responsible for business decisions made using the Service, and use of the Service is at your own risk.

13. Termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, abuse the system, or engage in fraudulent activity. You may stop using the Service at any time.

14. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms periodically. Continued use of the Service means you accept any changes.

These Terms are governed by the laws applicable in your jurisdiction.
