Set up Flower Farm Planner in the order that gives every planning page useful context.

What this guide is for
Use this guide when you are new to Flower Farm Planner or when your pages feel empty. The app works best when each page has the setup information it expects from earlier steps.
Recommended setup order
- 1Open Farm Setup and add your farm name, growing location, season details, sales channels, and planning depth.
- 2Create or choose the season you want to plan.
- 3Add crops from Plant Library or My Plants to the Season Plan.
- 4Confirm beds, spacing, and expected yields in Beds & Yields.
- 5Create products or bouquet recipes only after the crop plan has enough detail to support them.
- 6Record Actuals during the season so profit and recommendations improve over time.
- 7Review Profit, Reports, and Recommendations once the plan has real numbers.
Why this matters
Why this matters
Dashboard, Recommendations, Tasks, Profit, and Growth Studio all become more useful when Farm Setup and Season Plan are not empty.
